That Resident Evil 6 announcement came out of nowhere, eh? Or was I just not paying attention? But still... man. It's coming so soon too! But let's say you can't wait till November. Well, Resident Evil: Revelations hits for Nintendo 3DS on February 7th. But let's say you can't wait for that! Well there's a demo of it on the 3DS eShop right now.
Oh. Wait. I suppose that's... like... the sum total of that news.

It's sort of not? In a shocking twist, this isn't just a demo. It's a... demo with a limited number of uses. For some reason. Yep, you can only open up the application 30 times, and then you can't open it up ever again. Now, the excuse is of course, who is going to play this demo thirty times? But still... it's pretty weird. If no one is going to play it thirty times, why bother having a limit? And if it's so good you want to play it that many times...
Actually I totally can't imagine that at all. The demo is about a half-hour long and features Jill Valentine exploring a zombie-infested freighter. It's not really clear at this point if the game ties into Resident Evil 6 in any way, but it would be cool if it did?
Anyway, either way, you can download the demo yourself and find out how you feel about it. Or not. I don't have to tell you what to do!
